Winderlakes is one of Orlando's best-kept secrets. Built in the 1980s, this tree-lined subdivision won many awards during construction. Keeping with the environmental movement of the times, builders were not permitted to remove trees for homes. Instead, lots were parceled around the trees, lakes, and wooded areas.
The three small lakes nestled in our community provide activity and add beauty to the neighborhood. Peaceful walks along the lakes or tree-lined streets make living here a pleasure. There are plenty of open spaces for everyone to enjoy. Students can walk to Orange County’s top-rated schools.
